Baucau, 22 February 2021 – The Participatory Action Research (PAR) workshop was done during two days which was facilitated by Mr. Jose Luis de Oliveira and Ms. Joviana Guterres of AJAR Timor-Leste.
Participants shared their personal experiences with gender-based violence and expressed their feelings. Participants also shared their vision and feelings for their future. With these perspectives, AJAR was able to identify the most pressing issues of the community and used this as a basis for further assessment of opportunities in the community. These findings will be used to plan further action for the growth of the communities in Baucau municipality.
